Prepared walking into my first meet. His programming was spot on and he was ALWAYS available to answer questions. He stayed in constant contact with me via text and phone and pushed me when I needed to be pushed. He is AMAZING and there is zero chance I’d have preformed even half as well as I did without him!!!

A former colleague of Jake’s at a world class human performance institute, I’ve had the pleasure to watch him mold and refine his ‘Swole Method’ program for almost ten years now.

As a former college football player, I needed a way to accrue volume but not run into diminishing returns on the absolute strength front. I would dabble in some conventional methodologies trying to adapt to previous injury limitations before doing a modified version of the ‘Swole Method’. Tonnage was a game changer for me!

It’s been awesome to hit almost daily PB for my age, 34 (with zero enhancement), and flirt with numbers I hit in my college days.

It’s been exciting to watch it grow and evolve. When it comes to strength gains and mass building few others have mastered the game like Jake.

Commit to it and I have no doubt you’ll reap the benefits!

I am constantly impressed with Jake's knowledge on strength and fitness. I have never been stronger than I have been working with Jake. I am able to do unassisted Pull ups (which I never thought I would be able to do before)! You have to put in the work, but Jake will give you all the tools necessary. Highly recommend!

During my freshman year of college football, I decided to transfer OSU after my first year/season; A big part of that decision was deciding to try out for walk-on spot. I decided to start training with Jake in preparation for tryouts and ended up making the team (2019). I 100% owe my level of preparedness to Jake and his methods.
Fast forward to today (2022), I’ve started to train with Jake again. I’ve been away from the gym for about 1 1/2 - 2 years. Jake’s been really good about checking up and tailoring my program to get my body re-acclimated to the gym. I’d absolutely recommend Jake to any athlete looking to make some serious changes, and in general to anybody no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey.

For as long as I can remember I’ve been on this plan, and it has been nothing short of amazing. Since starting this program, I’ve always been at the top of my class athletically because of this program. Not only have I been getting stronger, so too have I been learning more about how to treat my body to become stronger. Without this program I’d be nowhere near where I am now. Going into high school and being on par with my bench and deadlift to seniors is amazing.

I was on jakes program in high school for baseball. When I went to college i was on my own for the summer.I called Jake up and couldn’t be happier, over the last 3 years being on his program my velocity on the mound has jumped.I also have put on 20lbs, the main reason I love this program and will do anything jake puts into the train heroic app is because he lives and breathes this, he isn’t going to make you do something he wouldn’t do himself. to sum it up as an athlete I will say I wouldn’t be where I am in my career if it wasn’t for this program if you are a baseball player and are looking at this program do it because you are gonna get bigger stronger and faster

Swole method is an absolute game changer. This system allows me train as often as I want and still be ready to go again the next day. Constant PR’s and deloads built in kept me hungry for more. Jake was my high school strength coach while he was at EXOS. After I graduated I was told about Swole Method but was hesitant about it. Two years later after many gymbro lifts, I told myself something has to change.

Swole Method was a game changer. My physique leveled up and my numbers are constantly improving. I’m always learning new things related to training.

Many have asked what I’m on (implying steroid usage), I just show them Swole Method. Most don’t want to put in the time and effort when its quite simple.

My only regret is that I wish I joined sooner.

I learned about the swole method from a fellow personal trainer, Adam. He was training a client and kept seeing major results quick so I asked. He put me onto the Swole Method and said “yeah dude, it’s the swole ass MFer and he’s legit” LOL so naturally I was curious. Little did I know the gem I had stumbled upon.

Decided to sign up and literally EACH of my major lifts went up 40-100lbs the first 6 months. I have never taken a hiatus in 15 years so these gains coming from no where like that only further gives credit to this method.

Jake does a phenomenal job explaining the whys and simplifying his approach. To this day, I continue to learn and grow everyday from the swole method even 2 years into it. This is the biggest, fastest, and strongest I’ve ever been and just turned 30.

I truly believe it is the best program for anyone wanting to get stronger and see CONSISTENT results. If you like to put in some work and you’re hungry for the results, look no further. This program is next level & I challenge everyone to try it out

I was skeptical at first. I kept seeing Coach Swole on Instagram lifting stupid weight and he is a strong advocate for natural lifters. I soon realized I wasted a lot of time training like a bodybuilder. This program has opened my eyes to training and taught me a lot about building muscle. The app is great, easy to use and Jake includes a ton of education and coaching instructions in each workout. There’s a leaderboard that motivates me a lot, and the app tracks all my PR’s and tells me my recent lifts. The workouts change often and keep challenging me even now I am still hitting PR‘s all the time.

I have been training through Jake since 2018. Not only was he able to train me while I was deployed, he was able to help whip me back into shape after my pregnancy.

But what makes Jake an amazing Coach is that he is personable and helps keep you accountable. He definitely cares about the people he trains. I have had several friends who have chose his program and seen amazing results.

This picture above is most recently my consistent 1 year in the gym post pregnancy and although I put in the work in the gym.. I couldn’t do it without the amazing programs that Jake provides!

If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I hired Jake as my coach 18mo ago because I was obsessed with getting stronger and knew that I was missing something in my programming. I am someone who makes very slow and calculated decisions, and I am very particular about my training and slow to trust anybody to write for me. Jake's eagerness to help with technique questions, explain concepts and teach me anything I was trying to understand built a lot of trust, and I knew he'd be the right coach, so I made the leap. Athletes who trust their coach put their all into training and get fantastic results. I don't think the relationship between a coach and athlete can be overlooked.

He gets very clear on your goals and asks for lots of feedback when writing programs (soreness, mood, schedule, time constraints). He makes you feel like your feedback is valuable and respected- never like he is your superior but, rather, the leader of your team. Waves of programming are written three weeks at a time- taking real data to make programming decisions instead of using a template.

In 18mo, we have taken my powerlifting total from 805 to 1025, and I've become very well-rounded, minimized my weaknesses and learned many new skills (including speed training). In truth, I view his coaching as invaluable education that is worth a lot.

A great coach needs to create thoughtful programming, produce consistent results and needs to have the ability to build trust between the athlete and himself. Jake is phenomenal in each category.

I think that the length of time I've chosen Jake as my coach really says everything that needs to be said.
