The first step for me is to learn about the team including:  sport demands, goals, number of athletes, training space logistics, time constraints and any other barriers.  These are all factored in to create a unique training plan for your team.  CLICK HERE to complete the team questionnaire, shortly after I will reach out to chat if we haven't already.

Pricing

Teams of 10-15: $60 per athlete per month

Teams of 15-25: $55 per athlete per month

Teams of 25-35: $50 per athlete per month

Teams of 35 or more: $45 per athlete per month

All billing is flexible.  I have some schools that pay through booster club funding, I have schools that have athletes pay individually and I have some teams do both.  Billing can match your team needs and set up however you prefer.

What you get

Once first payment is made, I set up a Google Drive folder for your team.  You along with as many other coaches you want will get full access to the folder.  In the folder I start a folder for programs, compliance reports, Coaching Videos and any other folder that is needed for your team.  All contents I create are downloadable for you to keep.  Along with the Google Drive, I create the program inside an app called Train Heroic.  All of the athletes will be able to see their program, compete on leaderboards, read my coaching notes, and watch video demonstrations for any exercise that is unfamiliar.  Some teams request for printable sheets to use paper tracking. This is an option if you prefer, any and all options are on the table.  You will also receive a Performance Testing Guide that includes 5 tests meant to track progress in the vertical jump, broad jump/hop, change of direction test, and linear sprint profile.  The guide is very detailed and even comes with printable recording sheets to make it as easy as possible for you to carry out.
