5 Tool Strength and Power

This program is specifically for the baseball or softball player.  As a rotational athlete this program addresses specific demands that the sport requires with an emphasis on arm care and core stregnth.

The priority of this program shifts and matches the time of year.  We program for off season, pre season, and in season.  No matter what phase you are in, we have a structured program for you.

Training Split

Our training splits vary for each phase mentioned above.  Off season training is 4-5 times a week.  In season can be 2-3 times per week.  Whatever is best for you, we have a system ready to go!  Click here to start your customized training experience.

Rep Schemes

We use all rep schemes depending on the time of year.  We will use a combination of high rep and low rep sets blended to build strength, size and power.

Is Arm Care Included?

Yes, we focus specifically on the shoulder and core strength to support the demands of the sport.  We also include mobility and conditioning as needed.  The methods will differ in season vs off season, but no matter the time of year, we have you covered!
