Adult Strength and Fitness

This program is for any adult looking to add structure to their health and fitness journey.  People on this program include first responders, firefighters, police, military personnel, or your every day mom or dad looking to start an organized training program.  To see if this program is a good fit for you, please click here.

This training system includes all components of fitness including strength, power, core stability all the way to cardiovascular health.  The intent of this program is to help individuals establish a longterm and sustainable training program to reach their health and fitness goals.

Training Split

This program include 4 workouts each week.  Depending on your level and your goals, your workouts will be either upper and lower splits or total body splits.  Click here to start your personalized training experience!

Rep Schemes

Depending on your goals and your experience, we use all rep schemes for beginners all the way to the competitive lifter looking to chase PR's and compete on the leaderboards.  We also have systems in place for people brand new to training.

Is there in conditioning?

Yes, we use a color system to intelligently deliver a cardiovascular training program to cover all aspects of fitness.
